Required Ingredients

  • Fresher Jhatpat Rozmarrah Gravy 1 Packet
  • Chicken, Mutton or Beef with Bone 1000 g
  • Green Coriander 4 tbsp., chopped
  • Green Chili 3, chopped
  • Fresh Ginger 3 tbsp., julienne

Steps of Cooking

  • Pour meat and half of the gravy in a cooking pot and cook on medium heat for 3 ~ 4 minutes.
  • Add water, about 6 cups (1200ml) for beef and mutton & 3 cups (600ml) for chicken. Cover properly on low heat and stir from time to time.
  • When meat is tender, add remaining gravy and cook until oil separates from gravy.
  • Adjust salt as desired.
  • Garnish with green coriander, green chili and fresh ginger.
  • Serve hot with roti/nan, raita & salad.
