Required Ingredients

  • Fresher Jhatpat Lahori Karahi Gravy 1 Packet
  • Chicken, Mutton or Beef Karahi Cut 700 g
  • Yogurt 1 cup (200g)
  • Unsalted Butter 70 g or as desired
  • Green Coriander 4 tbsp., chopped
  • Green Chili 3 tbsp., chopped
  • Fresh Ginger 3 tbsp., julienne

Steps of Cooking

  • Pour meat and half of the gravy in a cooking pot and cook for 7~8 minutes on medium heat.
  • Turn heat to low and add water about 1/2 cup (100ml) for chicken and 3 cups (600ml) for mutton and beef & cover with lid.
  • When meat is tender, turn heat to medium, remove lid and reduce excess water by cooking.
  • Add yogurt and remaining gravy respectively and cook until perfection.
  • Add butter, ginger, green chili & coriander and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Serve hot with roti / nan, raita & salad.
