Required Ingredients
Fresher Jhatpat Lahori Karahi Gravy 1 Packet
Chicken, Mutton or Beef Karahi Cut 700 g
Yogurt 1 cup (200g)
Unsalted Butter 70 g or as desired
Green Coriander 4 tbsp., chopped
Green Chili 3 tbsp., chopped
Fresh Ginger 3 tbsp., julienne
Steps of Cooking
Pour meat and half of the gravy in a cooking pot and cook for 7~8 minutes on medium heat.
Turn heat to low and add water about 1/2 cup (100ml) for chicken and 3 cups (600ml) for mutton and beef & cover with lid.
When meat is tender, turn heat to medium, remove lid and reduce excess water by cooking.
Add yogurt and remaining gravy respectively and cook until perfection.
Add butter, ginger, green chili & coriander and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve hot with roti / nan, raita & salad.
