Required Ingredients
Fresher Jhatpat Butter Chicken Gravy 1 Packet
Boneless Chicken Breast or Thigh Chunks 350g
Unsalted Butter 80g
Dry Kasuri Methi Flakes 1 tbsp. (optional)
Green Coriander 3 tbsp., chopped
Easy Homemade Marination:
Ginger Paste 1 tsp.
Garlic Paste 1 tsp.
Salt 1/3 tsp. or as per taste
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp. or as per taste
White Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.
Cooking Oil 1.5 tbsp.
Lemon Juice 1 tsp. (optional)
Steps of Cooking
Marinate chicken with easy homemade marination.
Cook marinated meat in a cooking pot on medium heat for 3~4 minutes.
Add water 1/2 cup (100ml) and cover with a lid, stir from time to time on medium to low heat.
When meat is tender, add gravy and cook until desired thickness and perfection.
Add butter and dry methi flakes.
Garnish with green coriander.
Serve hot with boiled rice or roti/nan & salad.
