Required Ingredients

  • Fresher Jhatpat Butter Chicken Gravy 1 Packet
  • Boneless Chicken Breast or Thigh Chunks 350g
  • Unsalted Butter 80g
  • Dry Kasuri Methi Flakes 1 tbsp. (optional)
  • Green Coriander 3 tbsp., chopped


       Easy Homemade Marination:

  • Ginger Paste 1 tsp.
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp.
  • Salt 1/3 tsp. or as per taste
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp. or as per taste
  • White Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Cooking Oil 1.5 tbsp.
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp. (optional)

Steps of Cooking

  • Marinate chicken with easy homemade marination.
  • Cook marinated meat in a cooking pot on medium heat for 3~4 minutes.
  • Add water 1/2 cup (100ml) and cover with a lid, stir from time to time on medium to low heat.
  • When meat is tender, add gravy and cook until desired thickness and perfection.
  • Add butter and dry methi flakes.
  • Garnish with green coriander.
  • Serve hot with boiled rice or roti/nan & salad.
