Required Ingredients

  • 90 ~ 110 g Fresher Jhatpat BBQ Marination for 1 kg Chicken, Mutton or Beef
  • 50 ~ 70 g Fresher Jhatpat BBQ Marination for 1 kg Fish

Steps of Cooking

  • Marinate meat with BBQ Marination about 6 hours before cooking and refrigerate.
  • Cook marinated meat carefully on a grill on low flame from all sides.
  • When meat becomes golden brown, brush with melted butter or oil and cook a little bit more until perfection.
  • Serve hot with nan, mint raita & salad
